Group size is limited to 4. After you submit this form, you will receive an invoice by email. You can pay the invoice securely online with a credit card. There will be a nonrefundable charge of $100 for cancellations once a reservation has been made.

• 1–7 hours: $75/hour (1.5‑hour minimum)
• 8 hours: $540 (Save 5%)
• 12 hours: $765 (Save 10%)
• 24 hours: $1,440 (Save 15%)

Cancellation Policy: Scheduled consultation time is reserved exclusively for you. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a $75 fee.
